About me
Hi, I’m Tali!
I’m a California gal living between the states and Western Australia. I started eating and cooking plant-based in 2016 and went fully vegan in 2021. I had always loved being in the kitchen, but it was during these years that my love of creative cooking really expanded.
My cooking style is deeply inspired by the vibrant flavors of California cuisine, the bold spices of South Asian cooking, the fresh ingredients of the Mediterranean, and the rich tastes of Middle Eastern food. I love blending these influences to create dishes that are not only nourishing but also full of flavor and heart.
I’m deeply passionate about creating plant-based foods that nourish the body, uplift the spirit, and show love to the world around us. I believe that food is so much more than fuel! It’s about connection—to our health, to each other, and to the Earth. I work with individuals, families, retreat centers, restaurants, hotels, and food businesses to create delicious, wholesome, and sustainable plant-based dishes that leave you feeling nourished, energized, and truly cared for.
With a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and a balance of flavor, fun, and nutrition, my goal is to make every meal an act of love.
